Kate Palame DeRosa 

Kate began her career as a costume and set designer. She designed shows regionally and assisted Broadway designers for almost a decade. Stepping outside of theater, she began working for Ready-to-Wear designer, Adam Lippes, and as a freelance runway set designer.  Kate decided she wanted to blend her design and retail background by creating memorable retail environments. So, she hopped on board with Anthropologie as a display coordinator supporting several stores for the company. Kate also managed display direction for West Elm's home office and was a member of their new store opening team. She has spent the last 10 years creating inspiration visual experiences with Anthropologie  Kate is motivated by bringing a creative touch & imaginative experience to anyone who walks through a retailers doors.
